Think of it as an elevated summer‑camp experience designed just for adults—equal parts adventure, wellness, and inspiration. Over the course of three active days and four restful nights, you’ll immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Each morning begins with an optional sunrise yoga and meditation session, setting the tone before we pack up for a day exploring mountain trails or paddling on the river.

 

Our daily adventures range from 3 to 7 miles of hiking or kayaking, so now is the perfect time to start building up those miles at home. Throughout the trip, you’ll enjoy fresh, thoughtfully prepared meals that are as nourishing as they are delicious—you may even forget they’re healthy!

 

Intentional moments of rest and reflection are built into the schedule, along with optional creative and wellness activities such as watercolor painting, pasta‑making, dance, and evening strength and stretch to help your body reset for the next day. Evenings conclude with cozy fireside conversations at our stunning mountain retreat, complete with panoramic views.
