What is the group size for each retreat?

Our retreats are small groups of up to 10 participants to ensure a personalized experience.

Are the outdoor adventures suitable for beginners?

Our outdoor adventures are designed for individuals of all skill levels. Hikes are designated easy to moderate and range from 2-6 miles in length. Kayaking experiences are also beginner friendly.

What activities are included?

Hiking, kayaking, cooking, meditation, movement, strength building, and social connections that will last a lifetime!

It says all-inclusive, can you explain more?

All meals, snacks, activities, and beverages are included, other than the one lunch/shopping activity in town that is self-funded. Travel to and from the retreat destination is not included but please reach out if you need any help or suggestions. Airport pickup can be arranged on a case by case basis for an additional fee. Carpool connections with other adventurers from airports and regions can made!

What should I bring?

Bathroom essentials
Comfortable-Lightweight hiking pants or shorts
Hiking boots/shoes
Bathing suit
Yoga-Workout clothes
Sun Protection (lotion, hat, sunglasses)
Bug protection (spray, lotion or wipe)
Rain Jacket or poncho
Water Shoes (optional - I'm bringing mine!)
Hiking Poles (optional)
Sense of Adventure!

Optional: Favorite beverage or snack, although snacks and beverages such as water, juices, seltzers, coffee and some limited alcoholic beverages are provided onsite

Where can I fly into?

Charlotte, NC is the closest major airport and is about a 2 hour drive. Airport shuttle can be arranged at an additional cost.

How far of a drive is it?

Conveniently located within a days drive from many major cities!

Chicago- 11 hrs

Detroit- 9 hrs

Washington DC- 6 hrs

NYC- 9.5 hrs

Atlanta- 5.5 hrs

Boston- 12.5 hrs

How do I reserve a spot?

Use the Contact Us section for registration specifics.

A 50% deposit is required to hold your spot, with the other 50% due 3 weeks prior to the event. Your deposit is fully refundable within 48 hrs or if for any reason your host has to cancel the event (this would only be under an extreme circumstance).

Venmo and PayPal are accepted.
